ABOUT AFTER SALES RESIDENCE PERMIT
In the event of new application after you have title deed , you have to visit Turkish embassy in your country to get visa for residence before your trip. When you dont have this visa type you will just get tourist residence permit for 1 year.
Also, before your trip to Turkey you have to reserve your appointment time by online to get residence permit. (Attention please… you have to get professinal help to do this procedures,so if you had some mistakes in online system you cant change info and get appointment one more !!!!! )

-Foreign Exchange purchasing document from Bank OR document for your account details (along residency time per each month should be 500usd in your account)
P.S: in the event of extension to whom get residence permit shall get new document from title deed Office about updating property info.
P.S:On past time ,if you had residence permit in Turkey and if you lived in Turkey (more than 6 months) you can renewal your residence permit with one year time and repeated years.
